Rules & safety regulations

Our horses and staff are part of our family. Any abuse of our animals or staff will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund issued.
All riders under the age of 15 must wear a helmet at all times during the ride.
Please dress accordingly. Open-toed or heeled shoes are not permitted. Long pants are highly recommended.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund issued.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Firearms are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Horses are living beings and as strong as they seem, they have limits. No person over 250 lbs. will be allowed to ride for the safety of our animals.
No cameras or phones are allowed at any point during the ride. There is a break half-way where there will be an opportunity for pictures/media capture.
Horseback riding requires a certain level of physical ability. If you are not physical able to ride a horse, please do not attempt to do so. We would be happy to arrange an alternate interactive experience with our animals.

cancellation policy

The safety of our customers, guides and horses is our utmost concern. Our farm sees different seasons, each bringing their own challenges. The Brown Family Farm reserves the right to cancel any ride at any time due to inclement weather or poor riding conditions. Any canceled rides will either be rescheduled to a mutually agreed open spot or fully refunded.
Rides may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours in advance.
Rides may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
